Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret Software Asset Management (SAM) data to identify trends, usage patterns, and compliance issues
Create and maintain reports, dashboards on SAM data
Develop and automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis
Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions
Implement machine learning models to predict software usage, detect anomalies, and optimize license allocation
Automate SAM processes using scripts, tools, and AI technologies
Collaborate across teams to deliver information, resources, and best practices
Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to SAM
Qualification
Required
Undergrad or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Approval to work full-time (40 hours a week)
Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
Be onsite at Newtown Square office for at least three days a week
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in SQL, Python, JAVA, JavaScript or NodeJS
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI concepts
A team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
Ability to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Preferred
Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile (nice to have)
Any Knowledge/experience in SAP Finance and software asset management (nice to have)
Experience in SW development using Git, GitHub in an agile team (nice to have)
Experience in developing FIORI Apps or SAC (nice to have)
