Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle for 3–5 petroleum construction projects concurrently, including new builds, remodels, and infrastructure upgrades

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones

Oversee project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to approved budgets

Lead business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal participation, and market opportunity identification

Coordinate all project activities with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams

Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety compliance, and progress tracking

Maintain accurate documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement corrective action to keep projects on track

Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, environmental, and petroleum industry standards

Deliver clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and next steps
