Uptown Rental Properties is one of Cincinnati’s top workplaces, seeking a Field Technician for a part-time role. The technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the communities, performing various hands-on tasks throughout the property.

Responsibilities

Move trash and recycling bins in and out on designated days

Collect litter/trash in exterior and interior common areas

Perform gutter cleaning and leaf blowing

Maintain pet stations

Salt walkways during winter weather

Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and other items as needed

Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualification
