Responsibilities
Responsible for Absence operational issues, including being responsible for process improvements, software implementations and upgrades, mentoring and training team members, and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Absence Administration and Americans with Disability Act Amendment Act (ADAAA)
Serves as a resource lead for the team, physicians, managers and staff
Involves an extensive amount of interactive customer service
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Two years' direct FMLA administration experience
One year direct ADAAA experience
Two years' experience with HRIS systems, applications and Adobe
Proficiency working with the Microsoft Office Suite products
Excellent written and oral communication skills for a variety of all types of audiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
Information Technology degree
Five years' direct FMLA administration experience
Two years' ADAAA experience
Relevant health care industry experience
PHR or SPHR certification
