Writing checks

Ensuring the invoices have proper approval and coding information for assigned vendors

Issuing the checks

Processing for signature

Preparing for archiving

Analyzing vendor invoices for discounts and payment methods

Maintaining Accounts Payable aging for vendors

Researching discrepancies

Communicating with internal associates

Answering incoming calls from our vendors

Completing other Accounts Payable duties as assigned
