Responsibilities

Ownership of project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are consistently achieved
Lead cross-functional teams through the execution phase of the project, from early site preparation and coordination to final system acceptance, while maintaining a strong focus on project goals
Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, installation, and commissioning leaders to coordinate timelines and ensure rapid, high-quality system delivery
Proactively identify and manage risks & opportunities to deliver projects on time and within budget
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, providing clear and consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
Foster a culture built on transparency, timely decision-making, and strong partnerships across all project participants

Required

Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure effective collaboration with on-site and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects
Proven experience in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects
Experience managing design/build, installation, and construction projects
Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams
Track record of delivery on time and within budget
Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions
Effective negotiator with proven ability to balance competing priorities
Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira)
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
Employee must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is routinely required to work at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must comply with all safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag-out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols
Approximately 75% of site time will be spent on a construction site with PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, fall protection (e.g., safety harness))
Subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes. Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit
