Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex consumer and class action matters
Draft substantive motions, memoranda, and appellate briefs
Manage all aspects of discovery, including requests, responses, and document productions
Collaborate with experts and oversee eDiscovery and document review processes
Advise clients directly and manage matters with limited supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of employment
Strong analytical judgment and ability to assess litigation risk
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Preferred
Prior experience defending class action litigation strongly preferred
Familiarity with federal and state privacy laws is a plus
