Communication Hub: Answer phones with a professional and compassionate demeanor, expertly directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff, ensuring no patient question goes unanswered

Scheduling Maestro: Skillfully schedule patient appointments, managing our calendar to optimize patient access and provider efficiency
