Required
Strong skills in New Business Development and prospecting potential opportunities
Demonstrated strength in Analytical Skills and financial analysis for identifying credit risk and opportunity
Knowledge and experience in Finance, including SBA loan programs and regulations
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and partners
Outstanding Customer Service abilities to support client needs and deliver exceptional service
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Preferred
Previous experience in SBA lending
