Federal Enforcement Support - Office & Administrative Specialist Senior

Responsibilities
Process the federal recertification survey packages, including all necessary processing procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and successfully upload them electronically to the CMS ASPEN Central Office (ACO) data system
Track information for accurate reports for distribution to the HRD district offices
Upload survey documents to the MDH/HRD website
Provide administrative support for the federal/state enforcement, licensing teams, eleven district offices and state fire marshal as needed
Complete CLIA email and processing 116 applications and Nurse Aide Registry call duties
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of clerical experience sufficient to provide administrative, technical, and clerical support
Data entry skills sufficient to create database records and update entries in a timely manner
Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to a variety of customers over the phone, in person and via email
Organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines
Successful completion of a background check and employment reference check
Preferred
Previous experience using software such as Microsoft Office Suite sufficient to prepare, edit and finalize emails, memos, reports, and other documents
