Conduit is building the FactoryOS to help manufacturers automate production quickly and efficiently. As the Head of Robotics, you will lead the development of Conduit’s robotics layer and drive innovations in robotic interoperability across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead innovation and development of our robotic interoperability offering, designing scalable solutions across mobile robot and IoT platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business needs

Collaborate with company leadership on roadmap

Interface with robot vendors for integration partnerships

On site or virtual deployments, debugging, demos, webinars, etc

Mentor a growing team of robotics engineers

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience writing production code using Python, ROS2, and varied communication protocols

Experience implementing fleet orchestration algorithms and ideally multiple commercial mobile robot platforms and APIs (MIR, JBT, ABB, Dematic, Omron, Kuka etc.)

Significant startup experience

Proven track record of delivering solutions in manufacturing/logistics environments

Proven track record of architecting complex robotics solutions
