Responsibilities
Organize content assets inside Google Drive
Maintain clear weekly, scheduled, and evergreen content folders
Prepare content ahead of time so it’s ready for publishing
Ensure drafts, images, embeds, and supporting assets are clearly labeled
Build blog posts using Divi modules only
Assign correct heading levels (H2, H3, etc.)
Set clean URL slugs
Add internal and external links using basic HTML
Format bullet lists using HTML
Complete RankMath SEO fields using provided inputs
Save posts as drafts or schedule as instructed
Schedule provided content using SocialBee
Use existing Canva templates (simple color-block visuals)
Resize and prepare visuals as needed
Work from task lists and checklists inside Asana
Proactively flag missing assets or upcoming deadlines
Send reminders when approvals or content are needed
After content is live, add the published URL to Asana for reference
Communicate clearly, concisely, and promptly
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with WordPress and Divi
Building content using Divi Text and Code modules (not the visual editor)
Adding internal and external links using basic HTML
Creating bullet points and lists using HTML
SEO fundamentals including heading hierarchy, internal linking, and clean URLs
