Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for rooms, group bookings, events, and other hotel services

Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key corporations, travel, and group clients

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear performance expectations and goals

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to adjust strategies and capitalize on opportunities

Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure cohesive promotion and execution of sales initiatives

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and build client relationships

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for senior management

Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies related to sales practices and customer service
