Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, and React
Develop and scale backend services and APIs that support AI-driven workflows
Build reliable, performant systems backed by relational databases (Postgres, SQL)
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features
Deploy and operate production systems using modern cloud infrastructure
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality
Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React
Solid experience with Postgres and SQL
Experience building and shipping AI-enabled products in startup environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Backend and frontend engineering across modern web stacks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, or similar)
