Responsibilities

Translate merchant operation methodologies, research conclusions, and best practices into localized, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-adopt content for US merchants

Build structured methodology materials, including training courses, playbooks, case studies, and educational content, to support merchants at different growth stages

Develop a localized merchant education and curriculum system, and drive methodology training and adoption across the US market

Build and maintain a high-quality best-practice and case library, enabling broad application and reuse of proven operating models

Partner with research, marketing, and operations teams to promote methodology adoption and improve merchant satisfaction on TikTok Shop

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field

Good project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
