Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems, escalating complex issues when necessary
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the campaign
Qualification
Required
At least 2 Years of Experience
Software/platforms required: Authorize.net AirCall Slack WhatsApp Zendesk Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software
The agent needs to have a neutral accent and a good command of the English language
Preferred
Some experience with customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom) would be awesome!
A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and a stable high-speed internet connection
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro
