Responsibilities
Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
Developing strategies to drive external visibility and understanding of company's technical innovation expertise
Leads cultural and operational change to drive internal and external market perceptions of KBR's technical innovation across business development, business units, and to external clients and the market
Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company
Lead external engagement to drive market perceptions and increase brand awareness and mission impact to our external customers
Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in related technical field and at least 18 years of related experience
Preferred
Graduate degree in related technical field
