Senior Helpers is a mission-driven organization focused on providing care for seniors. They are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow their presence in the community by building strong referral partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
Generate and Convert Leads into New Clients
Represent senior helpers at networking events and community outreach activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service start
Track activity and performance to support growth goals
Ensure all outreach and business development efforts align with healthcare regulations and company standards

Qualification

Sales experienceBusiness developmentRelationship managementHealthcare experienceOrganizedCommunicationSelf-motivated

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience (5+ years)
Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Senior care or healthcare experience strongly preferred
