Full Time - Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts based on client care plans, caregiver availability, and agency policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules using scheduling software and agency systems
Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, and emergencies, arranging coverage as needed, monitor overtime and hours worked
Communicate schedule details clearly to caregivers and clients
Document scheduling changes and client or caregiver communications accurately
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or scheduling
Familiarity with healthcare staffing or similar service-based environments
Comfort managing multiple phone lines and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
Must be able to work 12 hour weekends 7a-7pm Saturday and Sunday
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
