Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company’s goals
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts
Manage budgeting processes, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies
Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maximize productivity and professional growth
Partner with external auditors, financial institutions, and consultants as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in hospitality or a related industry
Strong understanding of financial software, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Eligible to work in the United States
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
