Senior LevelInfold Games is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily support for end user devices and manage office servers and storage systems. The role involves troubleshooting network equipment and managing security systems to ensure smooth operations at the North American branch.

Daily support for end users devices, such as pc/laptop at the North American branch
Daily operation and maintenance of office servers and storage systems at the North American branch
Network equipment, broadband, and dedicated lines management and troubleshooting at the North American branch
Security systems management at the North American branch
Qualification
Required
Experience with the installation and maintenance of Windows servers and desktop systems
Experience with Linux (CentOS, Rocky Linux) operating systems
Experience with Mac OS
Familiarity with the management and maintenance of commonly used software such as MS Office, Adobe, and Autodesk
Familiarity with the management and maintenance of services such as Windows AD Domain, DHCP, DNS, and PVE
Experience in management and maintenance of common access control and surveillance systems
Strong learning ability
Communication skill
Proficiency in English
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with monitoring and display platforms such as Zabbix and Grafana
Proficiency in Chinese
Experience in managing and maintaining Dell servers and NAS storage
