Responsibilities

Work on internal tools, frameworks, and infrastructure: develop new features, fix known bugs
Support teams that use those tools
Automation and improvement of release processes

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — e.g. Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub
Working knowledge of Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Gemini (Vertex AI) integration for conversational experiences
Hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based webhooks
Ability to create clear and engaging developer documentation (tutorials, samples, or videos)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field

Preferred

Prior experience working with Google, familiarity with internal Google infrastructure
Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering
Familiarity with rich messaging APIs (RBM, WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Messages, etc.)
