Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple software projects from initiation to delivery
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure smooth execution
Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track performance, report progress, and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project management within the software or technology sector

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Fluent in English

Preferred

PMP or Master's degree is a plus
Arabic is a plus
