Bay Area Hospital is always searching for quality people to join their team. They are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer the Workday HCM software, implementing and supporting applications within functional areas.

Ability to work with the audit teams to ensure all key controls met

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)

Three years' experience with HR, Payroll administration, Benefits practices

One to two (2-5) Years of Workday experience or five (10+) years in an HRIS support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Human Resource related certification preferred

Preferred Workday experience with: Workday Benefits, Workday Core HR, Workday Integrations, Workday Talent, Workday Recruiting, Workday Payroll, Workday Advanced Reporting
