Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) accounts, including user creation, modification, and deactivation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper account setup and access rights
Support the deployment of new hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Provide Tier 1 support for end-user issues, including password resets, software troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity problems
Document support requests, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Escalate complex technical issues to upper IT staff as appropriate
Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets
Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and process improvements

Required

Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) accounts, including user creation, modification, and deactivation

Provide Tier 1 support for end-user issues, including password resets, software troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity problems

Powershell, Routing, desktop support, ticketing system, Microsoft Office, Putty, SQL, Scripting, Systems engineering
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
Familiarity with common office productivity software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
