Responsibilities
Support studio productions with thorough system checks and maintain operations throughout shows
Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment including Sony Cameras, Evertz 2110 routing system, and Grass Valley switchers
Collaborate with Operations and Production teams to enhance production efficiency
Maintain production reports and SOPs, and implement security measures for data protection
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in live broadcast support
Expertise in technologies such as Evertz, ROSS, Vista Link, 2110 Routing, and Grass Valley
Flexibility to work weekends and nights
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with broadcast/production equipment like tape machines, displays, and routers
Proficiency in documentation and a self-motivated approach to enhancing technical skills
Preferred
Understanding of RTS intercom systems and Riedel Bolero
Experience with IP KVM systems
Familiarity with EVS XT-VIA playback and ingest systems
Ability to create Autocad system drawings
