Operations Coordinator

UT Medical Center is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure effective resource utilization and operational readiness for the UT LIFESTAR program. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain compliance, oversee equipment and supply management, and support operational performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the effective utilization of resources and efficiency across the UT LIFESTAR program
Responsible for operational readiness and compliance regarding equipment and supplies for UT LIFESTAR operations
Work to collaborate with UT Medical service lines, clinical services, vendors, and state and regulatory entities
Assist UT LIFESTAR leadership team in development, implementation and enforcement of new and existing standards to ensure the UT LIFESTAR program carries out its goals and mission
Oversee the invoices and ordering of equipment and supplies
Review payroll for accuracy and overtime management for the UT LIFESTAR team
Foster connectivity between the UT LIFESTAR program and all Centers of Excellence
Assist with preparing annual budget
Demonstrates fundamental business expertise
Assisting in determining operational performance improvement goals and objectives
Assist to define metrics to measure operational goal attainment
Supports clinical practice management
Assure supplies and equipment are in appropriate supply and compliant with UHS and state regulations
Collaboratively create and revise transport policies, protocols and procedures utilizing evidence-based information to achieve desired patient outcomes
Utilize data to lead change management and process improvement
Collaborate with team members, program, and health system leadership to develop responsive, data driven action plans
Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement"

Required

Bachelor's Degree - Required
3 yrs business management experience or related
Basic Life Support- Healthcare Provider (BLS)- Required within 180 days
Tennessee Class D Driver's License- Required

Master's Degree - Preferred
Tennessee EMS License- Preferred
