Supports the point of care team in day-to-day functions

Maintaining laboratory supplies and reagents

Performs clerical audits

Answer phone calls and know how to appropriately escalate

Performs routine maintenance on laboratory equipment as needed

Routinely utilizes Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Smartsheet

Conducts basic troubleshooting and orders special handles

Perform other duties as required or assigned
