Handle royalty billing for franchises
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Make necessary billing adjustments
Communicate effectively with franchise owners regarding any billing discrepancies
Utilize Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables and IF statements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and IF statements
Strong customer service skills
Analytical skills
Experience with invoicing and billing processes
Preferred
Familiarity with Sage software
Some accounting skills are a plus
Strong organizational and priority management skills
