Responsibilities
Define and execute the IT strategy to align with company growth, lead digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with executives to ensure IT scales with business priorities
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure for reliability and scalability, oversee major projects and vendor relationships, administer Microsoft 365 services, and support engineering/design teams with tailored workflows and file management
Own the cybersecurity strategy by implementing frameworks, conducting assessments and testing, leading incident response, and fostering a culture of security awareness through staff education and controls
Develop and enforce IT policies, protocols, and compliance procedures to ensure regulatory alignment, audit readiness, and adherence to industry standards
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor junior IT staff, track key metrics, and continuously enhance IT operations and security posture
Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT roles, including 3+ years in leadership or management
Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments and cybersecurity programs
Advanced networking (VLANs, firewalls), storage management, and enterprise systems
Proficiency in scripting and automation for scalable deployments
Expertise in cybersecurity tools and practices
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, policy enforcement, and security configuration
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience
Preferred
Experience supporting SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM environments is a strong plus
Microsoft 365 Certifications a strong plus
