Develop and acquire major clients across the United States
Expand into new industries and product sectors, identifying growth opportunities in the U.S. market
Build and lead strategic business development initiatives to increase market penetration

Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and maintain strong client relationships

Qualification
Required
Minimum 15 years of Sales experience, including at least 8 years in management roles
Strong technical knowledge of mold processing or precision machining (e.g., CNC machining)
Familiarity with the U.S. manufacturing ecosystem, including industries such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and medical devices
Proven U.S. business development experience (B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management)
Strong capability in market research, industry demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, early-stage U.S. operation
