The University of South Florida Libraries is seeking a PA/Instr. I in the Department of Urology. This role involves treating patients independently and in collaboration with faculty, managing patient records, and supporting the Stone Center of Excellence.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Provides initial and follow-up evaluation, pre-and post-operative patient care
Primarily care for endourology patients
Managing patient records and responding to patient messaging
Performs other duties as assigned
Represents and supports the mission, philosophy and goals of the Department of Urology and the University of Florida Tampa General Physicians Group (USFTGP)
Participates in clinical and educational programs required for licensure, certification and credentialing
Responsible for teaching, research, service, and related administrative activities
Responsible for academic advising and related activities
May represent the university, college/school, or department

Qualification

Advanced Practice Registered NurseLicensed in FloridaKidney stonesUrologyPatient careClinical evaluationAdministrative skills

Required

Graduate of an accredited program and licensed in the state of Florida
General knowledge of kidney stones
Graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse academic degree program
Certification as outlined in Florida Statutes 464 and Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 64
Must be board eligible
