Sales & Level 1 Helpdesk Support
HashRoot is seeking a versatile and customer-focused professional to support both Sales and Level 1 Helpdesk functions for their MSP customers. The role involves making outbound calls to prospects, handling inbound inquiries, and providing technical support for end users while maintaining collaboration with Sales and Technical Support teams.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to MSP prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
Handle inbound sales inquiries and schedule product demos
Follow up with leads via phone and email
Represent the company at MSP industry events and tradeshows
Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities
Act as Level 1 Helpdesk Support for MSP end users
Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user technical issues
Provide support for Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams when required
Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Customer-first mindset with high empathy and problem-solving ability
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Ability to work Central US business hours consistently
Preferred
Prior experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
Experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer success is a plus
Previous MSP or IT services industry experience
Experience attending or supporting industry events or tradeshows
