Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous product engagement
Conduct regular strategic business reviews to align Privado’s privacy scanning capabilities with the client’s internal compliance and development goals
Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk by proactively monitoring account health and maintaining executive-level relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a technical Customer Success or Account Management role within the SaaS, Cybersecurity, or DevOps industries
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering personas and non-technical legal or compliance stakeholders
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of handling complex enterprise deployments and driving measurable business outcomes
