Responsibilities

Support production teams in improving processes, equipment design, and material handling
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance safety, quality, and performance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce cycle time
Collaborate on equipment design, specification, and installation projects
Review daily production performance and recommend corrective actions
Contribute to global R&D efforts for process development and innovation

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field)
Junior or Senior standing with at least four semesters completed
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred

Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
