Responsibilities

Develop and implement data science solutions to support ISR operations and decision-making processes

Determine, create and populate optimal data architectures, structures, and systems

Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to solve mission-critical challenges

Design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the efficient collection, processing, and storage of structured and unstructured data

Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs

Stay current with emerging data science technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities

Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies

Required

Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree

Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling

Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and database management

Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and presenting findings

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
