Required

High School Diploma or equivalency required

One (1) year demonstrated experience interacting with the public

Strong interpersonal skills including sensitivity, maturity, and tact necessary to communicate effectively with patients, family members and co-workers, and the ability to work efficiently with episodic interruptions in work flow

Ability to problem solve, anticipate needs and take initiative are required

Ability to use a computer (Epic, SAP, Transquest, and HillRom), following clear instructions and procedures for looking up relevant data and sending and receiving emails

Must be able to pass all hospital competencies required for the position
