Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a capable team of BI professionals, providing guidance and support related to their project efforts, professional growth, and career development

Engage with leadership across the enterprise to understand their reporting and analysis needs and develop strategies to deliver on those needs

Oversee the creation of insightful Power BI reports and dashboards, driving operational excellence and strategic decisions making

Collaborate with technology peers to establish transformative data strategies and to coordinate cross-functional activities required to drive BI projects forward

Maintain effective communication and transparency of work and deliverables with core stakeholders

Required

5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective team management and project delivery

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to engage and inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information clearly to various stakeholders

Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and drive the design and delivery of visually appealing information products that influence decision making activities

A proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, showcasing a commitment to ongoing operational excellence

Proficiency working with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools
