Responsibilities

Lead internal research and development efforts, making strategic technology investments to support the Upper Tier IAMD vision

Collaborate with cross‑business area teams to identify and pursue integration opportunities for the THAAD Weapon System

Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to ensure new concepts are successfully transitioned to Development Programs

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Support pursuit of new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive growth and expansion of Upper Tier IAMD capabilities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start

Demonstrated program management and business acumen to include knowledge and understanding of Earned Value Management, negotiations, performance metrics, and processes develop and execute cost and schedule baselines

Demonstrated ability developing and executing strategic objectives

Previous experience with USG agencies, such as MDA

Prior experience supporting or leading capture/proposals

Knowledge of requirements management, systems engineering, software/hardware development a plus

Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex system development programs over geographically dispersed locations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include aptitude for formal presentations of complex issues to management and customers

Proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to inspire a diverse cross-functional team to meet goals

Knowledge of IAMD Programs

Strong Engineering or Technical development background
