Responsibilities

Manage and track sales objectives for designated sales territory
Manage all business development call targeting and follow up activity
Participate in regular sales meetings to ensure alignment
Strategic planning for a sales territory
Manage all planning, recaps and reporting
Build and manage customer relationships
Create, manage and execute business development strategy
Execute sales programs
Manage a territory budget
Manage activity calendar for territory
Comply with all company policies

Required

At least 3 years in the wine, spirits, or restaurant industry
Strong wine knowledge and passion for the business
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to communicate, present and influence customers
Ability to educate customers
Possess strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have valid driver's license
