Document review, drafting or preparation of documents
Counseling of clients and employees on the law and requirements in the State of Colorado pertaining to the default work referred to our firm
Willingness to go to court and learn new processes as we grow
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
Litigation experience
Strong knowledge of foreclosure, title and bankruptcy law
Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to the practice of law
Excellent research skills with experience using Westlaw or similar legal research platforms
Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various audiences
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality
