Responsibilities

Provide administration, support, and management for customer’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure

Implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems including customer applications, computer systems and COTS & GOTS implementations in multiple environments

Provide problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices

Install, configure, and manage operating system software

Troubleshoot, maintain system integrity and configure network components

Implement systems enhancements to improve reliability, security and performance

Provide in-depth trouble-shooting

Work closely with the customer to maintain system availability of critical systems
