Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and support projects to ensure tasks stay on schedule and on budget
Serve as a key point of contact between departments to keep communication clear and collaboration smooth
Track operational progress, flag blockers, and identify areas for improvement
Manage logistics like meeting scheduling, resource coordination, and task follow-ups
Assist in creating and improving operational workflows, SOPs, and processes to optimize performance
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare updates/reports for leadership
Provide administrative and coordination support as operational priorities shift
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations coordination, project coordination, project management, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Solid problem-solving skills and good judgment in fast-moving environments
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you'll work across teams daily)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection + quiet, dedicated home workspace
