Desktop Support Technician
JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on user support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, configuring workstations, maintaining network systems, and resolving connectivity issues.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers
Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software
Sets up and maintains network and telecommunication systems
Troubleshoot LAN, server and connectivity issues
Utilize ticketing system, when necessary
Re-images computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Desktop Support experience
Working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have strong software experience
