Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D renderings and environments for experiential concepts including brand activations, events, pop-ups, mobile tours, and installations
Translate rough concepts, sketches, mood boards, and creative direction into clear, compelling 3D visuals
Collaborate with Experiential Designers, Associate Creative Directors, and Producers to refine concepts and visuals
Develop visuals suitable for client-facing pitch decks and presentations
Maintain visual consistency with client brand guidelines and Activate’s creative standards
Work efficiently within tight timelines typical of pitch and concept work

Qualification

3D design3D software proficiencyAdobe Creative CloudSpatial designExperiential marketingCollaborationFeedback incorporation

Required

2+ years of experience in 3D design, environmental design, or experiential visualization
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings for physical spaces, events, or brand environments
Proficiency in relevant 3D software (Rhino, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of scale, layout, and spatial design
Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback
Experience in experiential marketing, events, retail environments, or exhibits is a strong plus

Preferred

Basic understanding of fabrication or structural feasibility
Experience rendering branded environments for premium or consumer-facing brands
Ability to create quick concept studies as well as more polished final visuals
