The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and ensure effective implementation of ServiceNow modules while working closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
Solution Design Design and propose ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices
Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform
Configuration and Customization Configure and customize ServiceNow modules workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and process flows
Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other IT teams on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
Project Management Assist in project planning coordination and execution of ServiceNow projects
Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholders developers and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting, JavaScript, Glide API
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and other ServiceNow modules
Knowledge of integration tools and techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable
