Remote Help Desk Support
Talentoma is hiring a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to provide friendly, reliable IT help desk and technical support to users in a fully remote role. The specialist will handle everyday issues such as login problems, password resets, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring users receive effective support.

Responsibilities
Respond to help desk tickets , support emails, and calls to resolve common technical issues
Assist with login issues, password resets, account access, and basic system troubleshooting
Walk users through clear, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions in a calm, supportive way
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for accurate tracking and future reference
Escalate complex or unresolved problems to senior support/technical teams when needed
Join virtual team meetings, share updates, and help identify recurring issues or trends
Qualification
Required
Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and common communication tools (email, chat, video)
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
Patient, professional, and able to stay calm when supporting frustrated users
Organized and able to follow procedures and ticketing workflows accurately
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Preferred
Experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or customer service is a plus
