Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact/liaison between the company and customers throughout the installation process
Conducting site surveys
Completing checklists
Identifying optimal locations for equipment placement to achieve the best performance and efficiency
Recommends any necessary capital improvements or site modifications to support successful installation
Oversees the setup and installation of equipment
Ensuring all components are properly configured and tested for full functionality

Qualification

Customer service skillsFAA part 107 LicenseInterpersonal skills

Required

Very good customer/interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Commitment to quality

Preferred

Willingness to obtain an FAA part 107 Commercial Drone License (not mandatory)
