$4,800/mo - $5,800/moTalentoma is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their remote recruiting team. In this role, you will help power the hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple open positions.

Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and social media
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and recommend next steps
Conduct brief phone screens and document candidate responses in a consistent format
Maintain candidate pipelines using spreadsheets and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews
Share accurate job details and respond to candidate questions with clarity and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly phone presence
Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
Comfortable managing data, notes, and candidate stages in spreadsheets or ATS tools
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Preferred
Background in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
