Responsibilities

Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries

Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes

Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow

Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues

Communicates information to responsible parties

May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members

May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

Other duties as assigned
